Yes. The app is free to use for customers—earn points/visits and redeem rewards with no fees.

There are multiple options - you can securely sign-in with your Apple or Google login. Alternatively, you can register seperately (basic autherntication) within seconds.

Scan the ZintGO QR in-store. You’ll be added automatically.

No. We do not sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Ask the store—many can add points within a short grace period at their discretion.

Open the store from “My Stores”. You’ll see your balance, progress bar, and rewards available.

Open the store page → tap “Redeem” on an available reward → confirm with staff.

Yes. If a store enables gifting, you can share a redemption QR with your friend to use at the counter.

Ensure notifications are enabled in your phone settings and inside the app’s preferences.

Location is used to show nearby stores and estimate distance. You can turn this off anytime.

Sign in with the same account. Your stores, points, and history will sync to your new device.

Expiry is configured by each store. Check the store page for expiry or special conditions.

Yes, but scanning and syncing need connectivity. Offline activity syncs when you’re back online.

Shop Owners

Sign up as a Store in the app or contact us. You can set your store profile, hours, and reward rules.

Most stores can go live in minutes, define the rules, set a simple reward (e.g., 10 points = free coffee), print your QR.

Visits are simple (e.g., 6th visit free). Points give flexibility (e.g., spend $1 = 1 point). Pick what fits your pricing.

Yes. Add “Offer of the Day” or “What’s Special” from the dashboard—publish in seconds.

We use idempotent QR claims, server-side validation, and optional staff confirmation on redemption.

Yes. Staff can confirm redemptions from their device or by scanning the customer’s redemption QR.

No. ZintGO works with a countertop QR or tablet. POS integration is optional and can be added later.

Plans start from $9.99/month. Add-ons like priority listing or daily notifications may incur extra fees.

Premium stores may appear more prominently to new users. Members always see their stores first.

Yes. You can export basic analytics such as visits, redemptions, and member counts from the dashboard. You will never be provided customer names or other personal information.

Yes. We can import your member list and seed initial balances if you have consent.

You can customise your store page, upload a logo, and set reward labels. Full white-label apps are also available.

Yes. We provide a quick start guide. Most teams are comfortable after a few minutes of use.
